Job Description

We are looking for Airport Operations Support Staff to work in Qatar. This job is in Doha, the capital city. You will help in airport operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. The company needs people who understand IT Service Management. You should know how to handle incidents and changes well. This is a great chance to work in a busy airport environment and grow your skills. You will work with different teams and vendors. Good communication is very important. Requirements & Qualifications

✓You need a Bachelor's degree.
✓You should have 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
✓Strong knowledge of ITIL practices is required.
✓Good skills in managing incidents and changes.
✓Ability to work well with teams and vendors.
✓Strong communication skills in English.
✓You should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
