Job Description

We are looking for a Baggage Handling Supervisor for an airport in Doha, Qatar. This job is important for helping travelers. You will manage the team that handles luggage. Your job will ensure that bags are loaded and unloaded safely. The airport is busy, and we need someone who can work well under pressure. You will help train new staff and make sure everyone follows the rules. This is a great chance to work in a dynamic environment. You will get a monthly salary, and we provide accommodation and transport. However, meals are not included. You should have experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Your Responsibilities

✓Supervise the baggage handling team.
✓Ensure all luggage is loaded and unloaded safely.
✓Train new team members on the job.
✓Check that safety rules are followed.
✓Solve any problems that happen with luggage.
✓Keep records of baggage handling.
✓Work with airport staff to improve services.

Requirements & Qualifications

✓You need at least 2 years of experience in this field.
✓A bachelor’s degree is required.
✓Good communication skills in English.
✓Ability to work in a team.
✓Strong leadership skills.
✓Must be able to work in a busy environment.
✓Ready to work flexible hours, including weekends.
